    Founder & Managing Director

    Highly motivated, passionate and experienced, Managing Director Galance Badibanga leads the sales and marketing strategy of Engage Project Marketing and network of projects.

    With close to a decade of residential property experience, Galance’s intimate understanding of market trends and buyer sentiment has seen him rise through the industry fast, having worked with some of Australia’s largest property marketing firms on small, boutique communities to 5,000 lot master-planned subdivisions.

    Having built strong relationships with the Victorian builder network, Galance conducts thorough due diligence and analysis of the market to ensure recommended product matches market trends. This process ensures each project is set up for continued success.

    Head of Operations

    With a background in residential and commercial property sales and marketing, Yanni oversees the day-to-day operational needs of Engage Project Marketing. Working alongside the Managing Director, Yanni liaises with internal and external stakeholders ensuring smooth processes are implemented to tailor specific projects, in order to meet set deadlines and budget requirements.

    Result orientated, his focus is on ensuring Engage Project Marketing stays up to date with the latest tools and technologies, resulting in maximum exposure and latest innovations for our residential developer’s projects.
