We are excited to share a construction update at our regional project – Nth Qtr, Newborough!
On the 15th of May ground was broken following the pre-commencement meeting with council that allowed works to formally commence.
To date, the entire Stage 1 has been approximately 95% cut in terms of all bulk earthworks. This equates to 30,000 cubic meters of fill that has therefore been shifted around the site. Heavy excavation machinery have worked onsite through periods of inclement weather intermittently over the past 3 months.
There is approximately 1-2 weeks to finalise this milestone task before the sewer excavation and preparation works is to proceed. The next task will be to box up the roads once services installation has been completed.
We now anticipate titles for stage 1 to be delivered approximately Q1 of 2024.
